Hi, I am looking to upgrade my mobile phone as the one I have is smashed on both sides and slowly about to shut down. I have a contract ending march 2026 but I would like to upgrade my device before then if possible?

If your contract doesn’t end until March 2026, then the earliest upgrade date you’d have is January 2026, if you’re on a 24-month plan, for February 2026, if you’re on a 12-month plan.

    Okay ​@AAnna Fairbairn, iD allow you to upgrade your phone contract once you’re within the last 60-days of the 24-month minimum term. 

    You can also discuss upgrade options with iD telephone sales, between 9am - 6pm.
