I got 30 days if I want to change my mind I've changed my mind want to go back to my old plan this one was gone up to much from 30 to 38 this it way to much for me to pay

    You can resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Sonia goldsbury 

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
