I have a pay monthly deal that has ended. I have brought a new handset and ordered a sim only deal but not through my account online I now have 2 accounts set up I need to merge them if possible but can't speak to anyone.

We would not be able to merge the accounts I’m afraid, you would need to either cancel the old plan and use the new plan with the new number or return the new plan and upgrade your old plan.
