Welcome to the iD Community and glad to see you've upgraded with us.
When you upgrade, we send out a blank iD SIM with this (in case your new phone needs a different sized SIM).
It's not active, so you just carry on using your old SIM. But if you wanted to activate it and swap your number over, just drop our Live Chat a message so they can assist.
