i upgraded for 100GB yet only receiving 20GB

Hi I upgraded my phone yesterday and I am meant to be receiving 100GB of data a month, yet only says im getting 20GB hoping this is a visual glitch as would be seriously disappointing if not

    Mine didn’t catch up, but in my case I fully closed the mobile app and went back in - but simply clearing the app’s cache might do the same. Failing that yours might be an account blip - IDK

    I'm just another customer. ***Only genuine iD Mobile staff have iD Mobile Employee after their name*** **Don't post your phone number or account details as these can be seen by anybody**

    It can also take time for the app to update, so please allow a couple days for that also.
