I have been charged £5 for a single call to a UK mobile number. It is listed on my bill as out of plan. Why???

Hi thanks, yes I will try the chat.  However, it would be helpful if you included somewhere on your website exactly what is and isn't included in your plan.  I cannot find this information anywhere.  Do you have a link?

Hi @Waldy

You should find all the information you need on bill, bill capping, allowances and charges on this link below -

Let me know if this helps

Thanks,

Thanks for the link but this is where I have already looked and I have rechecked and there is nothing in there to tell you why a call to a UK mobile number would incur out of plan charges when you have minutes, texts and data remaining.
