I purchased a phone a couple of months ago with an ID Mobile SIM. On the receipt for this purchase, it had my ID Mobile number on it. I was told to keep this receipt as I would need the ID Mobile number to change it to my current number. Since moving house, I have been unable to locate this receipt and have been paying for my ID Mobile plan and my PAYG sim card from another provider. How do I obtain a new ID Mobile number so that I can switch my old number over and stop paying two separate bills? Thank you.
