Return new phone


Hi. How can I return my new phone within the cooling off period? I cannot get onto Live Chat no matter which browser I use. Its not a very good service.

Hello @ElaineM,

I just tried Live Chat service from my laptop PC and it’s working for me.

Anyway, if you want to cancel in real-time, then Live Chat is your best option.

If you don’t mind waiting, an iD agent with send you a private message in due course.

You could also try doing this in a Carphone Warehouse store - anyway, good luck.
