Minimum contract ending in Jan 2022

My current SIM only Pay Monthly contract with iD is Pay Monthly with a minimum 12 month term, and this is due to end on 7th January 2022.

I’ve already received the email advising what my options are and I think I’m ready to choose my upgrade option: I’ve read the linked FAQ and existing question threads and I just wanted to confirm that if I order my new option online that it will take effect from 8th January 2022 (I am also assuming that I will be sent a new SIM that I will have to activate and swap into my phone).

Can someone please remind me of what the procedure is (I did this last year but I’ve forgotten what I did)?

Hi Taye - I did that through the website after finding that I could just click “Select” on the plan I wanted to go to.

Log onto the App on 8th, go to plan changes/ upgrades and pick one you like.
