I transferred my number with a PAC code when I signed up with ID, now, a few months on, my number is gone, its reverted to the number ID originally sent - how can i get my number back?

If keeping your number is important to you, contact iD Mobile as per the “How do I contact iD Mobile?” community article.
This online community isn’t real-time, it could be several days or longer before iD Mobile read your post.
It might be quicker for you to PM iD Mobile via facebook or twitter, or try the iD Live Chat service.
Best to contact iD between 9am - 6pm - you can then PM or chat with a real person.
