id mobile no help


I have two Samsung a12 phones, one phone you can't turn phone on and off by the power button, get to put charger in to get it on, other phone has same problem + apps don't want to work and apps are missing from one phone, been in touch with id mobile, they past the buck and said get in touch with curry's carphone warehouse, was no help n said phone id mobile, not had over 2 months.

Want fixed or new replacement phones. Or I'll send phones back with NO PAYMENT!!!!!!

Where and when did you buy these phones?


Durham, off the id mobile web site + phones are two months old

Okay @Here we go again, when you purchase online from idmobile.co.uk or via the iD Mobile telephone sales team, you can return items within 30 days.

It seems you’ve missed your chance to send the items back.

You could get them repaired at explained in the “Mobile Phone Repair” community article.
However, your best bet is probably to get the items repaired or replaced via Samsung Support (UK).

If you choose to stop paying, iD will simply pass your unpaid bills to a debt collection agency, which may affect for credit file.

Anyway, good luck whatever you decide.
