After searching my credit report, I’ve found a defaulted account with ID mobile, which I didn’t know anything about. What do I do next to resolve?

Okay @Astar741, sorry to hear about fraudulent use of your details.

iD Mobile tell you to contact them using their online live chat in these situations. 
If I was in your position, I’d contact iD customer service privately using Facebook Messenger, or send them a Twitter DM. 

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.
