Roam Beyond Add-ons are a great way to save money in 15 popular destinations. To purchase a Roam Beyond Add-on in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to my.idmobile.co.uk.
- Tap ‘UK & Roam Beyond add-ons’.
- Tap ‘Roam Beyond’.
- Search for the destination you’d like to buy an add-on for.
- Tap an add-on which best matches your needs.
- If you’re happy with the add-on you’ve selected, tap ‘Confirm’.
- Tap ‘Done’. The add-on will be charged on your next billing cycle.
I can’t access the iD Mobile app or my.idmobile.co.uk. What should I do?
