I'm heading to Italy today and I will need to have a multiple calls next week to the numbers starting 0333 - are those numbers covered from my allowance or is there an extra fee?

Numbers starting 03 are included in the calls allowance, but have you called UK 0333 numbers from abroad before, @msapielak?Unfortunately, not all non-geographic numbers like 0333, 0345, etc. can be called from abroad.
