Numbers starting 03 are included in the calls allowance, but have you called UK 0333 numbers from abroad before, ​@msapielak?

Unfortunately, not all non-geographic numbers like 0333, 0345, etc. can be called from abroad.

No I have not tried to call 0333 numbers from abroad. 

Is there a way to check it? I will need to call my Insurance company at 03332202017

Hey there ​@msapielak, in terms of checking if you can call the insurance company from abroad, we cannot confirm if this will work or not until you attempt to do so, as we don’t have a list of every phone number, and whether it works abroad or not etc. If you do have any issues calling it abroad, please contact us and we’ll look into it further for you.

Maybe contact your insurer for an alternative number to use from abroad, before you travel to Italy, ​@msapielak.
