Hi

how do i add money to make a couple of calls to my dad urgently. The cap slider wont let me add more so i want to pay for one phone call but i dont see how.

    Hi Tyler

    I am not sure as not tried.

    but I have another issue - I bought data roaming and it says I have 4g but nothing is loading. The chat gave me instructions how to work for iphone12 but I don’t see the options it listed about “APN”.

    can you help?

    Where are you roaming and when was the add on purchased? 

    Are you able to manually search for a network and try each connection?
