I cannot get roaming to work in EUROPE on my ipad eSIM. Done all suggestions and contacted web chat team and still not sorted. I have had nothing but agro since joining ID nothing functions as it should and it is extremely difficult to get help

Hi @Sue A sorry to hear of the trouble you have had.Is roaming working OK in your handset?Unfortunately iD does not support the use of our SIM cards in tablets and other accessories, so the advice you have been given kindly already by @MZone would be the best advice on this one to be honest.

You need to roam on eitherSociete Francaise Du Radiotelephone, Bouygues, Orange or Free Mobile as they are the roaming partners.
