I can answer this one for you!

There's no cost for receiving a text message.

You'd be charged for receiving calls, making calls, sending texts/MMS messages and using data when abroad.

There's no cost for receiving a text message.

You'd be charged for receiving calls, making calls, sending texts/MMS messages and using data when abroad.
