Hi, data roaming is not working. Says you have lost connectivity because you left your home network with it switched off, but it is enabled in the app & the swipe down screen on my Samsung S21. Having read some replies I looked at the phone settings but it says there is no sim in sim manager and it's greyed out and all of mobile networks is greyed out. Any advice please.

Thanks for the responses. I contacted idmobile and they said it was a faulty sim, sent me an esim and all is working now after a few resets and some adjustments. Cheers.
