ID mobile sim not working after using esim abroad.

I used an ESIM in Mauritius. Have now come to Reunion (France) and deleted my temporary ESIM. Went to turn on my normal SIM again but it's nowhere to be found. So now I have no signal/data. My phone is showing no option to turn on SIM or turn on data roaming. 

 

Have tried rebooting. Tried searching all networks. As mentioned, deleted ESIM too. 

 

How can I urgently resolve this please?? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there ​@Zallarduce, sorry to hear that. You will need a replacement SIM card, as it sounds like your iD one has accidentally been deleted. 

 

 

As you’re still abroad, you’ll need to request a replacement eSIM, as we cannot send physical SIM’s abroad.
