in India and have paid for data but cannot use data

Why cannot us my data in India I keep getting the following message

Have you turned roaming on via the account?

Have you turned roaming on on the phone?

Have you bought a Roam Beyond data Add-on?

 

From that image you don’t appear to be connected to a roaming partner - I don’t use an iPhone but I would expect to have seen an R next to the signal strength.

Sorry to hear this, this is happened on all apps/websites not just the iD Mobile app correct?

 

Whist in India, it’ll be worth trying to manually connect to networks, in India we rely on;

 

BSNL, Airtel, VI
