I am in Germany, and my IPad cellular is no service, works fine in UK, spoke to chatbot did reset network settings, roaming on and off, restart IPad, reinstall SIM card etc.interestingly it works fine in the iPhone but not on my IPad mini 6, but works on the IPad fine in UK.please can this be solved as when I signed up I was told it would work fine, which it does for the UK looks like it’s an EU problem.Thank you

Hi @nato the issue is likely related to the fact that iD Mobile does not support using our SIM cards in tablets or accessories, including iPads.
