I bought a roaming pack to Morocco before leaving UK. I received a text saying it’s activated, and my ID Mobile account shows the pack as active. I turned on data roaming in my iPhone settings and also in the ID app.
when I arrived in Marrakech, I switched on the phone and soon received a text warning me that I’m connecting to the Morocco network and that I will be charged unless I’ve bought a roaming pack.
However I don’t get any connection on phone, sms or data networks. I’ve tried all the suggestions including iPhone network reset. Nothing works.
I can connect via WiFi and that’s what I’m using now to write this.
Help please !
