No reception or data in palma but my partner is on same ID Mobile contract and she has both!

We got to Palma a few hours ago and regardless of what I try, I can't get proper reception or data on ID Mobile. 

I have a Samsung s24 ultra. 

My partner has the latest iPhone. 

We're on the same contracts yet due has full data and service and I have almost nothing! 

A WhatsApp message will randomly be received by me after an hour or so. That's how inconsistent it is! I can't send anything myself though

    Hey there ​@Speedmajid, sorry to hear this. have you enabled roaming via the iD Mobile app/website and your phone’s own settings please?

     

    Have you restarted your phone and reset network settings?
