I traveled to France and added £10.00 worth of add-ons, but I still didn't have access to mobile data there, and I still have to pay this bill next month, and when I returned I couldn't make or receive calls or send or receive SMS, I only had the mobile data service working.

    Hi ​@Tymmo  sorry to hear that your data wasn’t working. France is one of our free Roaming destinations which means that you can use your monthly data allowance and add-ons at no extra cost, up to 30GB. Had you roaming enabled on your device and iD account? What add ons had you purchase?

    You mention you only had data use when you returned, is this still the case?

    Yes I haves my roaming service activated, I bought the add-ons 6G

    You mention you only had data use when you returned, is this still the case?
