I'm on holiday in Italy. When I arrived roaming was switched off so I couldn't use the internet until I got to my Airbnb and had WiFi. Then it was all good.
Today is stopped. I have no internet and I've tried everything suggested.
I have data, I've turned my phone on and off several times. I've checked roaming is allowed on my phone as well as my iD mobile account. I've tried manually connecting to a network, I've checked the ATP is set to iD mobile. I've done everything on the suggested list and I still have no roaming.
My partner has ID mobile and his is fine.
Help! Please!
