Receiving calls in Morocco

Despite upping the cap on my account I can not seem to receive calls in Morocco. This is causing extreme issues not being able to authenticate via Microsoft. Any thoughts from the community? Many thanks.

      Many thanks ​@Kash for the reply. Fortunately I managed to find the solution by manually setting the network as you suggested. It did the trick perfectly.
       

      Appreciate you contributing to the community as ID Mobile were of little use- they even asked if I was on an island when I told that I was in Morocco! They were totally disconnected to reality.
