Despite upping the cap on my account I can not seem to receive calls in Morocco. This is causing extreme issues not being able to authenticate via Microsoft. Any thoughts from the community? Many thanks.

Many thanks @Kashfor the reply. Fortunately I managed to find the solution by manually setting the network as you suggested. It did the trick perfectly.Appreciate you contributing to the community as ID Mobile were of little use- they even asked if I was on an island when I told that I was in Morocco! They were totally disconnected to reality.
