Hello 

I just ordered roaming for Morocco for both of my accounts but it should only be on the one.

Can you cancel the other as they are not here

Hi there ​@Sonia Thundercliffe, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel add-ons, for roaming, or for any other type of add-ons. However, we’d be happy to refund the one that you don’t use, so long as we can view the account once it expires and see no usage on there.

 

Therefore, once your add-on expires, please message us back here, and we’ll drop you a PM, and once we see no usage on the desired account for the refund, we’ll look at sorting that for you.

The add on mentioned above as now expired and was not used due to the error. Please can this amount be refunded back to my account as agreed previously.
