Hi,

I’m going to Italy, Rome on the 19th April. how do I activate my roaming abroad. and is Italy covered in the roam free as when I purchased ID it said it was but I’m struggling to find it.

Hey there ​@Lems21, we hope the kind advice from ​@MZone has been able to help.

 

 You can roam in Italy like you can at home, and use data, calls and texts as you would in the UK, please see below:

If you joined/upgraded on/past 20st June 2023, you will be subject to the 30GB data fair usage policy. If your data allowances is lower than 30GB, your limit will obviously be your normal allowances, please see below:

However, as of right now, we’re running a promotion where you can use as much data as you have in your allowances, so also the same as your UK allowances until we say so.

 

You will need to enable roaming via the iD Mobile app/website and also via your phones own settings to use the phone. Please read the below for instructions on how to get set up:

    Rome is included in the 50 free roaming destinations.
