I am worried about roaming charges- I am in Spain and I read that you need to switch on roaming in your ID app but I can’t get access to the app only my online account is accessible but it doesn’t have the ability to switch on ‘roaming’ I have no idea what is going on - I am using my phone without WiFi as there isn’t any where I’m staying- I’m worried

You can use your UK plan allowances in Spain,
Spain is one of the inclusive EU roaming destinations. To avoid any out-of-plan charges while roaming with your iD SIM, just set your iD account bill cap to £0.

You can roam in Spain like you can at home, and use data, calls and texts as you would in the UK, please see below:

If you joined/upgraded on/past 20st June 2023, you will be subject to the 30GB data fair usage policy. If your data allowances is lower than 30GB, your limit will obviously be your normal allowances, please see below:
