Just been asked how I’m enjoying using idmobile!!!! Had to laugh, at least I was on the hotel network and got it, I’m abroad for a month with no roaming data because it won’t work. Tried everything I can possibly think of to get it to work. Helpline have told me it’s my phone, I’m with my husband who’s got the same phone and we’ve got his working EVENTUALLY with absolutely no help from idmobile, Apple came good with a solution for his. I’ll be be ending this contract ASAP!!!

I’ve given up trying. Spent way too much of my holiday on this. Hour and half Saturday, previous day the same, talking to a helpline that couldn’t help. Someone posted a link to follow for answers but I’m a tad reticent to follow links I’m not confident in.

Not confident following a link I’m unsure of, so sorry. Thank you though. I’m just giving up now, I’ll wait until I have WiFi connection and catch up on my daily stuff. Might be a good detox 😂Not particularly helpful when I’m out and about in France and Italy though 🙄

If you don’t want to use the link you can find it yourself by clicking help hub at the top - then look for Roaming And International Troubleshooting and click that - then click I’m abroad and Roaming is not working. What should I do?
