Roaming data toggle is swithed on, but I cannot make calls or use data

My iPhone 12 Roaming data toggle is switched on, but I still cannot make calls or use data in Saint Lucia while on holiday

Hey there ​@Salacia, sorry to hear that.

 

Have you enabled roaming via both the iD Mobile app/website and also your phone’s own settings?

 

Have you also increased your bill cap to allow for charges to go through?
