Roaming in Tenerife not working

I’m in Tenerife at present and my data roaming isn’t working. I have 4 bars connectivity but no 3g / 4g symbol.

I’ve tried doing a network reset, turn data roaming back on, turned phone off then on. (All twice) but nothing has worked. Roaming is also enabled on my ID account.

Im using an iPhone 15 Pro on iOS 18.2

I tried them all manually, all the same, picks up network, flashes 3G every few seconds, but no data connection. 
Used messenger to contact ID. They sent me to a website to download new APN settings, that seemed to have worked. Now got a 5G Movistar connection.

Sorry to hear this, is it just data not working? How are calls and texts?

 

Have you tried manually connecting to networks whilst in Tenerife? In Spain/Tenerife, we rely on Yoigo & Movistar, however it’ll be worth connecting to any available, waiting a few minutes and switching.

How do I download the APN settings , it’s so frustrating sitting next to husband who is also with ID mobile with same iPhone and he is having no issues
