unable to receive and make calls abroad


Hi , I was unable to receive and make calls abroad recently, this also happened last year and I find it frustrating and wanting to look for another provider . Any help appreciated .

I went to Madeira last year and had no issues roaming with iD whatsoever. It’s down to your account or handset settings.

Use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Thanks for the advice I can’t get through to live chat ? I have checked all my settings all correct really stuck now
