Sim card suddenly not working (twice)

My SIM card has stopped working in my phone twice. First time was during the massive outage, it just never reconnected. I got a new SIM from Currys and it fixed. Last week it happened again so I've got another SIM from Currys and all is fine for now.Both times the SIM would work in my spare phone but not in my main phone and both times another SIM works in my main phone. I've fixed the problem but would like to know what might be happening, it is scary and a big hassle with no phone.

Old number has not transferred over

So i have decided to move over to iD with a new contract but I wanted to keep my old Vodafone number.When purchasing the new contract I was told the porting will take place 23.4.24.At around mid-day of the 23rd both my old vodafone sim and new iD sim have stopped working, it is now the afternoon of the 24th and my new sim is still not working.Is this normal? I have never had this process take so long.

Suddenly unable to make or receive calls

About 4 days ago, I was unable to make or recieve calls.  Samsung A50s.  I can still make and receive texts and use data. It says 3 Network in the corner of my screen rather than ID mobile now, although I'm not sure if that was always the case.  I've tried the sim in two other phones. And i can make and receive calls, no problem.  I've tried other sims (but not ID mobile) in my Samsung A50s, and they work fine.  So the issue seems to be the ID Mobile sim not working fully with my Samsung.  I checked do not disturb and flight mode not on, and call forwarding etc, no issues there.  I reset the network link - took it off search network automatically and manual select - ID mobile doesn't come up but 3 Network does - which I assume is correct as they use 3. But even after selecting it manually, i still can't make or receive calls.  Finally I did a whole factory reset. Waste of time. Didn't make a difference. I contacted ID Mobile, they are investigating. I also asked for a replacement sim t

Upgrade not showing on account

I have a monthly plan with 6gb of data  unlimited calls and texts at £6 . I upgraded to unlimited data,calls and texts for £17 per month, but its not showing on my plan?

Signal strength regularly dropping

Though network status for my postcode shows no issues, I’m regularly seeing the signal strength on my Huawei router dropping from 5 bars to 1, with subsequent speed deterioration; could this be a Router issue, or the local mast [which I can see across the fields]?

Oops something went wrong.

Had this issue when someone from idmobile decided to change the app...which worked great before!Could NOT top up my balance on pay as you go.Finally found if I adjusted my address it allowed me to purchase a top up!Took the number and road out of ths first line, only entered the number and then put the road on the next line.Great!! but now my issue is it does not show my purchase on my balance, it is in pending in my bank account!Did live chat...told have issues with this problem (what another issue!) so told them I will wait 24 hours and check again.....😣🤔😤

Fed Up with ID Mobile

Why oh why can't I access my ID account on my computer for the last 2 MONTHS yes the last 2 MONTHS. No matter what I try it won't bloomin work, keep getting 'Oops something went wrong try again' I'm getting a bit sick of TRYING AGAIN. If it is not sorted within the next week I will be leaving ID, so can someone tell me how to leave. AS THIS IS NATIONAL HAVE A LAUGH WEEK HERE'S ONE FOR YOU - try to access a ID Mobile account  that's a laugh.

pac transfer

Told that I could transfer number to ID from old provider within app. Can't find it anywhere, also told PAC would take 5 days ( working). This seems extremely long compared to previous providers. Also what is this planned maintenance from 10pm to 7am ? Sounds like a joke for a Coms company

How to see how much data used on unlimited contract

When I check my data allowance it just says unlimited however I need to know how much I've used as I'm currently in Europe and therefore capped at 30GB so don't want to go over this. Thanks

I've been robbed

I have now paid for a whole year & not once used the ID mobile as it has never registered, (BELIEVE ME I TRIED). Trying to call someone is pointless. Talking on the chat system is a joke. I have replaced the sim card as advised, used several different phones sa advised & the only way to get out of paying for no service is to cancel the direct debit payment when the contract ends. I WILL NEVER USE ID MOBILE AGAIN OR RECOMEND ID MOBILE TO ANYIONE.AS FAR AS I CAN TELL, I HAVE BEEN ROBBED.GO DO ONE ID MOBILE

Refund on overpayment

I recently changed my direct debit details, however the app advised to make a payment. I have now done this twice and the direct debit is also up and running but it still says to make a payment. I'd like to know how to get a refund on the overpayment please and ensure that the app is updated and receive confirmation that my account is in order.

My ID mobile phone contract is coming to an end, decided to go for ID sim only, sim has arrived today, but it’s given me a new no. No good at all.How do I sort this out?No human to text or talk to only a ‘bot’,  useless!

how to turn on roaming there is no "My Services"

it says. “To check that roaming's activated on your account, log-in to the iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to 'My Services' then 'Roaming'. If it's off, toggle it on. “ however when you go into the account and into the mobile app there is no tab that says my services.I had no calls, no data, no usage of my phone while I was recently in France, it only worked if I was on Wi-Fi.
