Hi there i purchaced a new gone and gave puk code for keeping my number but my new fone is still on the number i recieved with my phone and not the number carried over from o2

I am new and moved my old number to ID mobile. I keep getting no service and phone calls are interrupted. It works fine for a couple of days then back to normal service again, although it doesn't stay long but quite annoying specifically I changed to this expecting a better service. Any help or advice plz.

Hello, I recently switched to ID Mobile and am using an esim. I am finding intermittent Internet connectivity issues, particularly when my phone switches from 5g to 4g. At times to get the Internet working I have to either turn off and turn on data back on, switch to another sim and back or flight mode and back. Anyone else experienced this kind of issue? I have requested a physical sim to see if that resolves my issues. I am using a compatible phone, Samsung S24 Ultra. Thanks,

I've been with ID mobile for a few months now. I live in the central belt of Scotland near Edinburgh and my coverage is almonst non-existent. On the campus where I work there is zero reception apart from small pockets here and there. The coverage says I should have excellent indoor and outdoor 4G coverage. It says the same for my home address and I have the same problems. The only reliable method of communication is when I'm on a wifi network. Absolutely disgusted with this abysmal service. Unfortunately I have to put up with it for two years but will not renew after that.

Hi. I have gone abroad to Spain and my SIM is suddenly no longer working. How do check ID Mobile has not deactivated the SIM is some way? I don't have the SIM activated against the ID app so I can't see it's status. When I try and activate the app it sends an SMS that i can't receive. A bit stuck, any advice?

I bought my current phone from Mobiles.co.uk on ID network. Got upgrade message from ID but the Iphone 13 is around £31 a month. Found the same phone on mobiles.co.uk for £22 on the ID network. Can I just get the new phone from mobiles.co.uk amd put my old SIM in ?

Hi - I have seen at least one other person have this problem and there is no satisfactory answer on the community. My verified by visa payments from my phone are all being declined and the bank says it’s because the phone switch to ID has not been done properly. Thanks for any help as this is really turning into a problem for me. Visa are declining every payment. Cheers

I have a strange problem to report. I have a Samsung android A25 5G phone fully up-to-date android software. I have successfully blocked a phone number on the device however I am still getting voicemails from that blocked number being delivered to my voicemail. I would’ve thought that blocking the number would have completely blocked all communications from a blocked number. Perhaps something needs to be done on the voicemail server as well? I don’t know? Is this normal?

I bought 10gb of data for £20 but it hasn't connected even once while I've been on holiday in Turkey. Is it possible to get this refunded as I've paid for a service that has not worked?

Into the 3rd day now unable to make or receive calls plus data keeps dropping out so even unable to make calls or send messages via WhatsApp or basic text messages!!!!! I will be expecting a refund as under the consumer rights act 2015 a service provider must provide the contracted service with reasonable care and skill. I believe as we are now in the 3rd day I would argue that the service was not being carried out with reasonable skill and care if I'm still without any means of service!

Hi I’ have used the link and logged in to get the offer at the weekend, I screen grabbed this before confirming in Apple page, first payment due in 22nd Oct. This weekend I got a Google Play email telling me my 7 day trial ends tomorrow and I will need to pay monthly subscription. I’ve just spent 1 hour with Apple given them all my screen grabs, copy of the ID email etc, they say nothing to do with them. You need 24 hours notice to cancel, so tomorrow I’ll be paying for a subscription that was supposed to be free, I’ve now lost the evening with the children trying to sort this mess out.

My sim has not been working for the last three days

Hi, for weeks now as soon as I leave my house and disconnect from my home WI-FI, my phone reception states I have a health service of 4G however if I try to use any internet data it dosent work in the slightest. I have tried resetting phone, trying sim on a new phone and still nothing. The only time my data seems to work is when I leave my home town. area is C010 when running a status checker via ID mobile it comes up with this “We're fixing an issue in this area at the moment and aim to have things back up-and-running as soon as possible. We're sorry for any disruption this may cause and will add any further updates here.” What’s the point in paying for a service if you can’t use it. anyone else experiencing or experienced a similar issue, and if so how or what did you do?

I did an upgrade from SIM only to contract phone 2 days ago but have had no confirmation of order/upgrade. However ID/Carphone Warehouse have taken the £149 upfront phone cost from my bank already? Absolutely no indication of any new contract pending in my ID account. When am I getting my new phone?

As title says I am unable to set up id account, My number has changed to my old one using my PAC code which the site doesn’t recognise. Now I am able to start the process using the number that came with the phone unfortunately it then says we will send a 1 time pass code to your mobile number which is the the one that came with the phone that doesn’t now exist…. Going in circles here.

Very very slow network speed on 4G in TQ14 0BG only a few k < 20 up or down, been like it for a while, status check says its being worked on - any idea on the fix time

Yesterday I contacted the community regarding the porting issue I had on my 3 handsets from Vodafone to iD Mobile and Natalie replied saying the process could take upto 10 pm last night - it is now 24hours since the activation date and I am still unable to send SMS to the other handsets without getting an error message although those messages seem to go through. I have tried turning off both imessage and facetime and shutting down the handsets and restarting and switching both on again - I keep getting an error message on the “old” phone number which is on the handset now saying the “an error occurred during activation try again” I have tried it and still no joy. Can you please help me in trying to overcome this issue and finally get the handsets up and running 100%?

So iD says where I am moving too should have great 4g coverage and be perfectly capable to stream or use Internet, however, I don't even get 1 bar of signal, I cannot send or recieve calls, texts, or any notifications at all, yet when I get to the next village along its 4g and 4 bars of signal and all my notifications come through??? Any ideas why this might be? We don't have WiFi for 3 weeks in our new house and we only watch online based programmes and series etc, so being able to hot-spot from my phone that has 500gb of data should be greatly appreciated over the next few weeks! 🙏
