Beware of scams!
A few days ago I posted a message on this forum about my sim not having been delivered. Soon after, I got an email from someone called Irene Morgan, who claimed to be from ID customer service. She asked for a number where she could call me, which I promptly gave her. I was then on the phone with someone who claimed to be called Jason. He asked for my details, including my credit card, which was supposedly needed for a deposit. Well, today I got multiple payments taken from Pakistan. Just to say: beware of scammers. If you get an email from someone claiming to be from ID customer service, it’s probably not them. I have seen other people on this forum mention Irene Morgan, so it is not an isolated accident.

Change me number between 2 accounts
Hi I have my mobile number I have had for years and have the £10 SIM card deal with this number on it but now I have signed a contract for a new phone and it’s £30 per month but has a new number. Both with ID mobile. So what I’m asking how to I switch my phone number from the £10 sim to the contract so I can cancel my £10 sim and run only with my contract. lol hope that makes sense. 🙏

My daughter has bought me a new phone on id contract and I want to transfer my old phone number that I have sim only contract with Id Mobile to my new phone. How can I do it? Also, I don’t want to cancel my own sim only contract that I have with ID Mobile as I want to transfer it to my youngest daughters phone number and keep her number instead. 2 x £60 currys vouchers never received
Signed up on the promise of the currys vouchers for my husband and I - never came - we are way over the time they say to allow. ID mobile sent us to the gift card company who have no record of it - back t ID mobile who said it’s nothing to do with them and to speak to currys - doubtful they’d help I tried but f course nothing . as anyone else had this issue and managed to solve? is there a phone number to try? Thanks!

ID_MOBILE got my monhtly allowance wrong and didn't send me proof of usage for 3 weeks.
Right first time is the way things should be. But this concept is foreign for ID Mobile. I changed to a plan with more data. Depsite playing the new rate, which was higher, I received the same data. I spoke with 2 agents, 2 fridays in a row trying to expalin that, but neither of them are getting it. On the 3rd Friday I am told “ I request proof of data 2 both times, but I never received anything. Very fe words can describe how dissatisfied I am with ID mobile and their Chat service. I feel like I am chatting with AI, not a person So when you change your plan… Brace for the opposite of a smooth transition.

Charges for calls made via Wi-Fi on MS Teams
I have been charged for calls made via Microsoft Teams whilst on holiday in Mauritius. My phone had roaming deactivated and I made the call whilst attached to Wi-Fi so I don't understand why I have been charged as if it was a regular telephone call. Why is making a call via MS Teams not the same as making a call via WhatsApp? How can I avoid future charges when using Teams?

I did an upgrade from SIM only to contract phone 2 days ago but have had no confirmation of order/upgrade. However ID/Carphone Warehouse have taken the £149 upfront phone cost from my bank already? Absolutely no indication of any new contract pending in my ID account. When am I getting my new phone?

Starting Up
I have joined Idmobile from another provider. I have received email to say that activation has taken place but I have no network. I went to app and they said I would receive a text but nothing has come. I've tried many times and followed various solutions but nothing has worked. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Is there anything I can do?

Billed after cancelling
I signed up to a rolling monthly contract, after 5 days I decided I wasn’t happy so I cancelled the contract. Since then another monthly payment was taken from my account and I have received an email saying a further months bill is going to be taken. I have been on live chat but was basically fobbed off.

how do i get PAC the sim dows not accept ot send text
How do I get my PAC code if my find won’t send or receive text, even tried it in other phones. i have been on chat for over an hour and Nonceba has literally asked me 3 times with the same message to confirm my phone number and then says the only way for me to get it is through text messages and has stopped replying. the website keeps giving me an error message.

Sorry to bother you, but I’m a touch confused. I clocked your colleague’s Facebook reply to someone from a couple of days ago (attached), and it seems at odds with what’s stated on your website (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/vodafone-three-merger). Could you please shed some light on this?

Ported number from O2 to iDmobile but it hasn't worked?
I've come across from O2 to iDmobile and requested a PAC code from O2 so I could keep my number. I've received texts from iDmobile to say everything's up and running but I can't make/receive calls or texts except when connected to wifi. I have had 2 very long and ultimately frustrating episodes on the online chat support app today which didn't fix the issue. I've been into a curry's store this evening and they set me up with a physical SIM which has been activated (I was previously on an esim) but it has made no difference. I really need to be contactable currently as I have a close family member who is very ill and I need to be contactable. So far I have reset the network multiple times, restarted the phone each time I reset the network. Had Airplane mode on and off and had the phone turned off for hours at a time. No e of this has made the slightest difference. I've tried my wife's business sim from O2 and this works, so I think the phone works. I'd be grateful if anyone could help me resolve this issue, please

Another Calls Drop after 2mins 5 seconds
As per the title and the same as the many many symptoms that other people have mentioned, I really don’t want to repeat them as you know what they are. Phone is a Pixel 10 Pro with all the latest updates and it doesn’t matter where in the UK I call from. I’ve been through all of the suggested phone related issues. Please help!!!

Can I change my starting day with ID mobile?
Two days ago, I requested my starting date with ID to start tomorrow but my old company already charged me two days earlier than usual. So is it possible to change it for the 18th of December? If yes, do I need to request another PAC to my old company?
