I am going to Tenerife for a week and don't want to get roaming charges. Please advise.

Having read the small print, am concerned to sign a 24 month contract, when prices may go up by an unknown amount in April. How much have they increased by in the past? What seems like a good offer now, may turn out to be very expensive in 4 months time. Advice anyone.

I’m guessing that this is a porting issue but...... I just took out a new contract and got a PAC code from my old network to keep my old number. I got a text from ID saying my number was transferred and it shows up on my dashboard when I log into ID online or with the app. When I make calls it’s all rosey, my name and transferred number show on the recipients phone, and I can call my phone with the transferred number. Texting on the other hand.....they are sent and received from the original number that the SIM card had, and that number also shows up in settings associated with text messages and my various ‘i’ accounts, and also on the details of my phone under the devices associated with my iCloud account. As it’s attempting to use two numbers on one phone I can only assume that the porting of the number hasn’t worked properly unless anyone knows better! Thanks, Dan

Hi, I just got my ID mobile SIM card and when I open my phone (Xperia L3), my phone asked SIM network unlock PIN which I don’t have…. I tried 0000 and 1234 and both didn’t work. Can someone help me to unlock the PIN please?

Hi, I have an Idmobile Monthly Sim only sim in my Samsung a3 2016 and want to upgrade to a Samsung a52S 5g. Customer Service tell me that I am eligible to upgrade. I think that if i i upgrade on-line a new phone will be sent to me in the post. If I move the sim card from my old phone to the new one it will keep the number. Both phones use a Nano sim I think. I then copy my data , contacts etc to my new phone. If anything goes wrong I can return the sim to my old phone and will have a usable phone. I can then return here for help or go to Carphone Warehouse and ask nicely for help. Advice please, anything I have missed or easy, simple ways to do things

Just signed up to ID mobile using my Samsung S10 migrated from EE. WiFi calling is not working. It was working fine on EE network before migrating. I have done a factory reset on the phone and still not working. I have the function enabled on the phone.My wife has a Samsung A41 and hers is working on ID Mobile. Any ideas ?

I’m having trouble ordering a sim card. I need to enter a previous UK phone number, but I don’t have one as I just arrived from the US. I also need to enter a UK address that I have lived in for the past 3 years, which I also can’t do. Is there a way to order without entering in this information?

I am an existing pay monthly sim only customer. I Ordered a new sim from the website with a much better data deal but didn’t do it as an upgrade - and now don’t know how to swap my existing number to the new sim -the pac number option doesn’t seem to work and I can’t speak to anyone to ask. I’m now thinking you can’t go from ID to ID without doing it as an upgrade and if that’s the case what do I do with the new sim - I assume I’m now paying for two sims even though I’m not using one.

Ive been looking at upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy A12 but the product page doesnt mention NFC. One of the reasons I’m upgrading my phone is the Arriva Bus ticket app doesn't work reliably on my present one, and it seems to requires NFC . EDIT: And does this model have 4 GB or 3 GB Ram?

If I do go for unlimted data is there any set restrictions as I cant seem to find any information to relate to this? And could I use my unlimited data to use as a wifi hotspot for my laptop if I am working in my garden? What are the speeds for unlimited data?

Hi, I am considering moving to iD from Virgin Mobile. I am currently on a rolling monthly deal that starts and ends on the 24th of each month. Would it be possible to apply for an 'iD Pay Monthly SIM' that starts on a specific date - in my case 25/3/2019, and have my current mobile number switch over on that specific date too?

I lost my job and my partner all in the same week and unfortunately meant I became behind on my phone bill and now it says ive left id mobile and ive been blocked. ive now paid what it said I owed and im still not reconnected I don't want to leave id and would like to be reconnected again is this possible
