Message not sent. Service not activated on network

When I was with smarty mobile I could send my daughter photos through text but since joining iD mobile it won’t let me and I keep getting Message not sent service not activated on network. So can someone tell me how to sort this as I don’t have the option for only send sms and mms messages.

Why is my texts showing the number you gave me

I used a pac code and the number changed over but when I send a text it shows the number that I was first given and if they try and reply it doesn’t send but if they reply through a old message it sends.

What's my final bill for

I ordered a sim only contract on the 11th and I cancelled it on the 14th but you’ve charged me £1.86 so can you tell me what’s it’s for as the sim card is still sealed in the packet you sent it in.

Can you remove my email address from you're system

I took a contract out with you but I had to cancel it because when I tried to register on my account it was saying my email address is already registered to an id account which I had years ago so can someone remove my email address from the system so I can take out another contract and registered my account.

Outstanding balance

I was checking my remaining allowances and it's showing that I have an outstanding balance of £6 but the bill history is showing they've all been paid. So could someone tell me what the charge is for as my next bill will be £12.
