data roaming not working in France

I have signal, received the roaming text message, phone says data is on and international day roaming is on, but no data connection. Why?

Network issues. when is this going to get fixes?

Hello. This came as unounced surprise. There is a problem with Internet connection since yesterday. At some point I also discovered that the calls are also impacted. ID app is not working as well.I have tried contacting customer support few times and received a message that they are busy dealing with customers. I am also a customer. Two days with no Internet,  sadly.  Please update with any resolution plan you may have in place and compensation for the impacted customers. Regards

No connection

Hi, I have absolutely no network connection and I haven't for some time now. I also can't access the app. I've received no communication about this so I wasn't even aware my network was down so have missed important calls and text whilst away from WiFi. I assume you'll be issuing a refund for the time that the network has been down? Especially since you haven't even informed customers of the issues and your website states the issue has been fixed? Thanks

Pay monthly phone - combined bill required

I am looking at purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra over a 24 month period.I am able to expense the entire monthly payment if the handset price and airtime are bundled into one monthly cost & not split out / itemised on each monthly invoice. I understand that many of the larger networks (O2 / EE / Vodafone / Three) now split the cost of phones into a handset bill and an airtime bill. I have asked the ID mobile live chat whether they split the costs or combine, but they weren’t able to confirm either way, nor were they able to provide me with an example invoice.Can anyone shed some light on how the pay monthly contracts are billed?

call cut off while queing for doctor

Sat in a queue for a doctors appointment; call dropped. Lost my place. Called again - 4 or 5 minutes then dropped again.

EU Roaming - 4 months or "roam like at home"

Hello, we are UK residents and own a place in Spain, spending as much time as we can there within the 90 days out of 180 days EU rules.Our unlimited plan began in January 2021, so your current 30 gb usage policy appears not to apply.One section of the ID Mobile policy refers to spending more time abroad than in the UK over a 4 month period and another section of your policy refers to data use, i.e. using more UK data in a 4 month period than in the EU.Is your policy based on data usage in the UK/EU or on the months spent in the EU?Thanks for your help,Tony G

Escape

How do you escape?I’ve tried the ‘Follow the links’ which stop when you ask for your ‘Pack’.I’ve tried changing to sim only, to be told by Curry’s they don’t know but try changing to sim only.This has left me paying for original phone contracts plus two extra sims which they have been charging me for the last 18 months. (still can’t be directed to close a contract I haven’t activated either of the latter sims but they are still taking money from my account?The chat-box is a computer set to ask you what is wrong and continually tells you you are asking more than 1 short question and cannot compute!I know I’m wasting my time with this but somewhere I’ll find a loophole in this non-sensical system and possibly a cleaner could get in touch?

Billing CPI Increase

Hi,I'm checking back through my bill's and my plan price was increased last year. According to this link because my I took out the contract before 1st November 22 the increase should not have been applied to my contract. Data Roaming

I’m off to Europe soon and was attracted to iD by the free roaming. I’m now concerned that it may not work as I can’t check the APN settings, as iD advise me to do, as they aren’t available with an iD SIM.Besides making no sense, it’s flippin’ annoying.The easy solution is to go to another provider; any suggestions?

currys gift card saying its invalid

Hi  - I was issued a gift card on 9th Feb 2022 which is valid for 24 months. As its coming to the end of the term I am trying to use the gift card but it is saying that it is not valid. I have tried customer services who cannot help and have tried placing the order multiple times online to the same avail. Due to the urgency of the card expiring (tomorrow 9th Feb) can someone urgently help me please.

Proof of Barring and Usage

My phone was stolen and I needed Proof of Barring and Proof of Usage for my insurance. It turns out ID blocked the wrong phone intially, a previous phone of mine. My insurance asks that a phone when stolen is blocked within a short time period. As such, i’ve asked for Proof of Usage for my stolen phone and Proof of barring for both of the phones so I can show insurance the error. On the letters insurance has asked that IMEI, Make, Model, Times, Dates, and Gigabytes for the phone on usage and barring documents. Documents were sent to me but with obvious errors - wrong number of GBs and no times. I’ve spent four days waiting for the correct emailed documents and still to no avail. Everytime I’ve had to wait a day to get a single response to an email, in the latest response ID has questioned why I need the correct documents… Can someone just send the correct documents ASAP?

calls not connecting or get cut off

Hi I’m having issues with calls, when someone calls I go to answer it and it disconnects then the caller gets a message to say that I’m busy.  When I call back it connects and I can be speaking for a while then it disconnects the call.  I have only had this issue since being with ID mobile.

trade in pack

i purchased a new samsung galaxy flip 5 from id mobile at the begining of january and applied for the trade in but never received the trade in pack my old phone is only valued at £12 but i also claimed the extra £100 and filled in the online form.Ive contacted id mobile via TradeUpHelp@dixonscarphone.com. and they adviced me to put in a new trade in request, but will they still honour the £100 additional promotional offer  a month later

Registering with iD mobile

New customer, ported number from another network a week ago. Has been trying to register from the day after porting. When I click register, after entering the ported number, surname and date of birth, nothing happens (screen does not change).Tried using the forgot password link and got the following message repeatedly:“Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please?”Tried using the forgot username or email link and the same error message as above.Have checked the details entered, they were correct. Would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance
