Changed IDmobile SIM and Currys gave phone clean bill of health as suggested by IDmobile customer service.

Didn't want to change but very little help from customer service and easier to change network than unnecessarily buy a new phone with no guarantee it will work on IDmobile

I've got this issue as well with a pixel 8 pro sim I moved to an esim, ringing mobile numbers always cut off after about 2:06 seems strange though that land lines are fine

Have you tested the SIM in another handset to see if that improves things?

Unfortunately I don't have another mobile that uses esims
