calls not coming through + no voicemail access plus your new app is useless as it requess a text to send out the pass code.

 Had idmobile for 5 months not even noticed, Calls not coming through as mostly use messenger and what’s app, first noticed yesterday didnt go to voicemail but I changed that in settings now the incoming calls just ring out. Tried to access your new app is useless as it requests a text to send out the pass code. ???? PS, it doesn’t seem to be a category so I’m going to tick a topic it thinking of leaving.

Hi there ​@JoBie, sorry to hear that. In terms of registering for the app, you need to enter the one-time verification code for security purposes, and without it, registering wouldn’t be very secure. Do you not have the SIM card to receive codes?

 

Secondly, for the calling issue, what phone do you have and what’s your full postcode please?

Firstly, are you human or AI? 

I enter the one-time verification code for security purposes from my email. That takes you too your app it wants to send another the verification code by text.

 

I have a Sim card and I’ve been using it for five months.  

 

I have an iPhone 11+
My postcode is M24 2GW. This has happened on different days and been happening for a while. 
 

If you don’t mind, I would rather speak to a human.

Hi Tyler, it Doesn’t matter what phone I have 11+ .
No calls are coming through. At first it just went to voicemail as if I was on another call. I change that in my settings.  now it rings and just goes beep and disconnects.

Hi there ​@JoBie, it does matter what phone, as some phone’s are officially supported on our network. Is the iPhone that you have classed as the iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, as I don’t believe there’s an official model called the “11+”?

 

In terms of calls, is the issue both with making and receiving calls?

 

Finally, do texts and data work okay?
