For the last 6 months I have consistently lost 5g/4g and even H. I am reliant on my phone in my jobs and this is causing a lot of hassle. This is not just my area, I lose it in London, and other major UK cities, and where I live. I feel I am paying for a service that I rarely recieve!
It is not my phone as my partner has the same issue but luckily the contract was up so has moved. People I work with have had similar issues.
In fact the only time I had reliable Internet was in Italy.
Can I leave iD early with no charges, at any point, due to the inadequate service?
