can i leave iD due to constant lack of internet?

For the last 6 months I have consistently lost 5g/4g and even H. I am reliant on my phone in my jobs and this is causing a lot of hassle. This is not just my area, I lose it in London, and other major UK cities, and where I live. I feel I am paying for a service that I rarely recieve! 

It is not my phone as my partner has the same issue but luckily the contract was up so has moved. People I work with have had similar issues. 

In fact the only time I had reliable Internet was in Italy.

Can I leave iD early with no charges, at any point, due to the inadequate service?

Firstly I would advise that you check the coverage and network status at the link below

Have you tested the SIM in another handset? If the issue is occurring in multiple locations it could be a SIM or handset issue.
