How do I actually contact idmobile to ask for them to refund me for the service not working and also loss of earnings because my phone has been dead. My friend did warn me but there was a honeymoon period when everything was ok, now utter shite, 3 days+ I cannot make calls, sort this out, it is not acceptable. Also I have had no Comms telling me there was a problem, seriously going off this 'service provider' providing what exactly, a piss poor service!
