How do I actually contact idmobile to ask for them to refund me for the service not working and also loss of earnings because my phone has been dead. My friend did warn me but there was a honeymoon period when everything was ok, now utter shite, 3 days+ I cannot make calls, sort this out, it is not acceptable. Also I have had no Comms telling me there was a problem, seriously going off this 'service provider' providing what exactly, a piss poor service!

We are aware of an outage that caused issues with calls.

The issue has since been fixed and your services should be restored.

Pease can you restart the handset and let us know how you get on?

Wish i never changed to id mobile had nothing but problems since getting the sim . I was with another network so done the pac thing 3 days later still not geting text or phone but let me text some ppl and still coming up the sm numbers ass id mobile gave me they have no way of contacting them did they just set this site up then let it go to shit
