Can't cancel ID account, cant search forum!

Hi, my ID contract ends on 10/9 and I can't find any info about how to cancel and move to a new provider. If I click 'leave ID' on my app I get an error messages have also tried using the search function here and just get zero results. Can anyone help? I want to port my number elsewhere also

Hi there ​@The_gingerninja, you can login to your account and see that date your contract started and the contract length, and work out the contract end date from that. Or, we can check and advise you if needed. 

 

If you want to switch your number elsewhere, you simply need to request a PAC code. To get a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) for your mobile number from iD Mobile, you can text PAC to 65075 using your iD Mobile SIM. Or, we at customer services can send you one.

 

Then, your contract with us will end itself once you use the PAC on the switching date with your new network, and then your final bill will be sent within 48-hours.
