Can't send or receive calls

I have just bought a ID sim and wish I hadn't! ๐Ÿ˜ญ I cannot send or receive calls, ID sent me to Currys for help, he couldn't sort it so put in a new sim which still doesn't work. Is there anyone out there who successfully uses ID with a Doogee phone please? I have elderly parents who are in poor health who can't ring me if they need help, I'm at my wits end ๐Ÿ˜”

Iโ€™ve never heard of a Doogee phone before. Unfortunately, itโ€™s not listed as an approvedย device, so you wonโ€™t receive any support from iD Mobile for that handset.

You have two options:

  1. Buy a phone that is approved for use on the iD Mobile network.
  2. Switch networks to one that is known to work with that device.
