cancel my current plan

i want to cancel my curent plan, i cannot seem to get through to sales or chat 

i would like to stay with ID but my contract is at an end, ive no wish to take out another plan/up grade etc

i just want to cancel my contract as its come to its end, and change to a sim only contract, hopefully keep my current number. but trying to get through to customer service is near imposible, as i cannot find the live chat, there is no option on facebook to message and bein on hold for 5 mins i hung up

We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel and for any issues when attempting to contact the team. 

If you wish to take your number to another provider, you can request a PAC. You would then give this to your new provider for the number to be ported to them.

Once the number ports, your account will be disconnected. 

 

To request a PAC,  text PAC to 65075. This PAC will be valid for 30 days.

i want to stay with ID

my current contract is about to end, so i want to cancel the monthly payments, and get a sim only contract, around £10 per month,  but keep my current number

 

please can you give me step by step instructions how to do this, thank you

Once you have decided which one you want then this is the advice from iD with regards to moving over:-

(Please note: you will have to wait until your current contract term ends before you can swap)
 

You can also contact the online iD Live Chat support team and they will be able to help you change/upgrade to a SIM only plan.

Type “talk to a person” in the conversation box so that you don’t go round and round with the inane questions and you connect directly to an advisor. Also, make sure you have time to do this as the advisors deal with several chats at any one time and so it may take a while to initially join the conversation and for replies to be answered.

Hey there ​@Sue Bee, to keep your number with us, you will need to upgrade/plan change via logging into your iD Mobile account via the app/website, or contact our live-chat who can potentially assist with doing so.

 

Or, you can call our sales team on 02071391397 between 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, and they can help you upgrade.

 

To confirm, you need to upgrade/plan change via your account to keep your number with us.
