Cancelling sim only plan within 14 days cooling off

So I purchased a sim only 12 month plan from mobile.co.uk but want to cancel the contract as the signal is terrible. How do I go about doing this? On the live chat it says where did you purchase from and only gives a couple option. Since mobiles.co.uk is apart of curry's I selected curry's website but then it says to call them which I'm sure they won't have any details or idea of my contract
