@Geluk this is only for Three customers and not iD Mobile (even though they use the THREE network).

@Terry Leppert iD Mobile do not have a contact phone number for customer services. This is how they keep their costs down and can offer a low price service.

You can either use Live Chat (9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays):-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect, otherwise you will get on the ‘chat bot’ round-about of inane questions.
Also, put some time aside to do this as it may take a while to connect to and discuss things with an agent as they handle several chats at a time.

OR post the problem you are having here on the Community page as there are a lot of people with experience that may be able to help with whatever problem you are having.

I was paying a £1 more for my last contract sorry i did not stay with that contract this contract

Is rubbish.

No contact with the people who run the id mobile and do not want to discus my problems with anybody else .
