​@Geluk this is only for Three customers and not iD Mobile (even though they use the THREE network).

​@Terry Leppert iD Mobile do not have a contact phone number for customer services. This is how they keep their costs down and can offer a low price service.

You can either use Live Chat (9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays):-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect, otherwise you will get on the ‘chat bot’ round-about of inane questions.
Also, put some time aside to do this as it may take a while to connect to and discuss things with an agent as they handle several chats at a time.

OR post the problem you are having here on the Community page as there are a lot of people with experience that may be able to help with whatever problem you are having.
