How to cancel a sim only account without the sim (lost) or access to online account?

I have moved abroad and my IDMobile account is no longer useful. I took the sim out of my phone, and lost it. I have never used an online account, just paid every month and all was fine.

I want to cancel the monthly sim plan, but I need an online account - which I can’t set up without a code sent to the sim that I no longer have.

How do I cancel? I have already paid for 5 months for something I can’t use.

Need to cancel a SIM only contract I've been paying for years but not got the SIM and your websites just keep sending me in circles! I'm owed a lot of money but your 'helpful' website makes it impossible! Get someone to contact me now, I'm tired of trying to sort this!

Hello i have the same problem.

I am writing in response to the final demand notice issued on 20th February 2025 regarding my ID Mobile account (Account No. { REMOVED }). I want to pay the charge.

Due to the loss of my SIM card, I am unable to visit the ID Mobile website, use the mobile app, or contact customer support ,

@SonyaL  Hello please edit your personal information ie your account details. Never advertised your account number or phone number in an open community. When asked for a member of ID Mobile staff will DM you and get information they need this way.

So please delate you account details in the post that you submitted earlier.

Thank you
