ID hard searches unnecessary

I’m dismayed to find my credit rating losing points due to a hard credit search from ID mobile….for an £8 a month SIM. Really? You have to do this? I actually have good credit and even credit card companies have only done soft searches!
I regret ever coming into contact with ID, I am incensed!
