Need A PAc but messaging isnt working

I need to leave ID as i have an issue , messaging isn't working, I've run through all the fixes they offer but nothing has worked. So now I need my PAC, but guess what ,I cant send a message. Is there another way to request it please?  Jane

    dont worry, I finally had PAC come through, only a 3 hour wait lol.
